
About the Founder
Dylan McDonald is the founder and CEO of Catch All Resale, a circular commerce startup redefining how we buy, sell, and donate secondhand goods. With a deep commitment to sustainability and a career rooted in sales, strategy, and consumer experience, Dylan launched Catch All to solve a problem he saw firsthand: the resale market is broken — and ripe for reinvention.
My Story
Before founding Catch All, I built my career across the beverage and consulting industries. I started at Oskar Blues Brewery, then became Director of Sales at No-Li Brewhouse, and later led market launches and forecasting at Dogfish Head. After Dogfish Head was acquired, I joined Anheuser-Busch InBev, where I worked as the High-End Large Format Lead and later served as an Assistant Category Manager for a national convenience store chain.

Eventually, I pivoted into business consulting and joined BTS, where I currently work as an Associate Director. I advise Fortune 500 clients on innovation, sales transformation, and digital change.

Personally, I’ve always been a secondhand shopper, a dad, and an advocate for eco-conscious living. Catch All Resale is the culmination of both my professional experience and my personal mission — to build a better, kinder, and more sustainable way to deal with our stuff.
