Catch All Resale – Seller Agreement & Terms
By submitting your items to Catch All Resale, you agree to the following terms:

1. Item Verification & Payment
All items are subject to review upon receipt. You will be paid only after your item(s) have been received, verified for condition and authenticity, and accepted for resale.
Payments are typically issued within 72 hours of verification.

2. Accuracy & Honest Descriptions
You are responsible for accurately describing the items you submit. If the item received does not match your description or is found to be misrepresented in condition, brand, or function, Catch All Resale reserves the right to:

Reject the item

Require you to pay return shipping

Donate or responsibly recycle the item if no return is requested within 7 days

3. Ownership Declaration
By submitting items, you affirm that you are the legal owner and have the right to sell them. You release Catch All Resale from any claims regarding ownership disputes.

4. No Guaranteed Sale
Submission does not guarantee resale. If your item is deemed unsellable or fails to meet minimum standards, you will be notified and given the option to:

Request a return (you pay shipping)

Donate the item to a local nonprofit or community partner
5. Prohibited Items
We do not accept: weapons, alcohol, tobacco, opened personal care products, recalled goods, hazardous materials, or counterfeit items.

6. Abandoned Items Policy
If we cannot verify an item or contact you regarding return shipping for more than 7 days after notification, the item will be considered abandoned and may be donated or recycled.
7. Privacy & Security
Your personal information will never be sold or shared. Payment will be processed securely via a method of your choice (e.g. Venmo, PayPal, Zelle).

9. Auto-Generated Quote Review & Shipping Approval
Resale quotes generated by our automated system (including AI-generated offers) are subject to manual review. Catch All Resale reserves the right to adjust or revoke any auto-generated offer within 24 hours of the seller’s acceptance.

If you accept the quoted offer, your submission will be reviewed by our team for accuracy and pricing validation. Once Catch All confirms the offer, we will issue you a prepaid shipping label to send your item to us. Items should not be shipped until a label is received and the quote is officially approved by Catch All.

This review process helps protect both parties in the event of pricing errors, misrepresentations, or valuation discrepancies. If a quote is revised or rejected, you will be notified promptly with options to proceed.
